About Us
My name is Jean-Paul Bressan and I am the owner/operator of Arborist Alliance based out of sunny Sundridge, Ontario. This is currently our fourth year in business and we are enjoying every second of it. I have been active in the arboriculture industry for five years and have worked in landscaping and tree care for over 15 years. I became an ISA Certified Arborist in 2022 and have certifications from Arborculture Canada in Tree Pruning, Technical Tree Felling and Tree Climber Rescue and Emergency Readiness. I have two amazing sons and enjoy spending time with them passing on the traditions of arboriculture and the great outdoors.
My passion for tree care evolved over the course of my landscaping career managing an 187 acre estate/solar farm in King City, Ontario. Through great mentorship and various influences I learned how trees affect humans on both environmental and social levels. This has given me a great appreciation for all that trees do for the human condition and why management of our green space is so important. Many trees will outlive us, thus it’s our responsibility as arborists to foster their growth so that generations of people after us can enjoy them as much as we have. This is why it is Arborist Alliance’s mission is to provide premium tree service in the Almaguin Highlands and Muskoka.
Chad Schmeler & Schmeler Tree Removal and Services
It’s hard to be a one man show in the arboriculture industry and I have been fortunate to meet some great people along my journey. I started working in partnership with Chad in 2022 and our partnership has flourished. Chad is an experienced climber with numerous tricks up his sleeve to help get your trees down safely. Chad runs his own tree care business out of Burk’s Falls, Ontario and has begun the process of becoming an ISA Tree Worker Climbing Specialist.
